Returns & refunds

30-day returns

If something is not right, return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email support@nervacore.store with your order number and we will send a prepaid label.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it in full — no need to return the damaged piece.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within five business days of us receiving the return.
